About Reflexology Reflexology uses the principles of reflex points on the hands or feet
to help bring the body into balance, promoting healing and relaxation. Reflexology is an ancient art with evidence that is was used by Egyptians 5,000 years ago. A session lasts an hour and I will take a full medical history before the first session. Reflexology is usually carried out on the feet, as feet are sensitive and very responsive to Reflexology but if you prefer, the hands can be worked instead. Reflexology is £30 per session. About Indian Head Massage Indian Head Massage is a relaxing and therapeutic massage of the face, head, neck and upper back. As the name suggests, this treatment has it's roots in India.
